Print jobs always keeps in queue and not printing! (Documents stuck in print queue).

OS : Windows 8.1
Laptop : Lenovo T440
Network Printer : Tosiba eStudio 2040c

Kindly help me to sort out this issue...

I missed the word network before printer in you're question. If you are behind a router youre behind a hardware firewall and you can leave software firewall off.
