Motherboard oh the choices

Ive Decided to build a gaming p.c but would like to know my options on what motherboard i should fit in my new corsair carbide spec 01 case money is not a issue but quality is what im looking for. ive been looking at Asus maximus range such as the ranger, the Rampage v extreme and i also like the look of MSI Z97 Gaming 7 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard. what would be the best fit and the reason behind the answer?

In Z97, Id go with the Asus Pro Gamer or Ranger, up a step to the Hero (my pick, in sig) , there are others like the Formula that are more expensive, but check their specs and see if they have something you NEED/WANT. Don't buy just because it's more expensive. Many take that route and never use any of the 'extras', when they could have taken the price difference and put it into better DRAM, GPU, Drives, et al ;)
