power supply unit HELP.

That is an ancient power supply from before the 12v rail became the most important part of a power supply. Like 2005 or older. In fact if I'm reading that correctly it only supplies 8 amps on the 12v rail and since amps x volts = watts that means it only can supply 96 watts. Since the 12v rail powers the CPU and graphics card that's not enough for any discreet graphics card no matter how low power it is. Deposit that thing in the nearest trash can and get a new power supply.

Sadly enough it's better than what you have but its still low quality garbage. You want a tier 1 or 2 unit, you can go tier 3 if necessary and the system will be under a light load, but avoid tier 4 and especially avoid tier 5, tier 5 is usually system killing garbage. Coolmax is tier 5

Without knowing the system dpecs and your location I can really suggest one. You could look at the list and see if you could find one of those.

Yeah Coolmax is trash. Use the tier list linked above or below in my sig to find a good unit. Stay with tier 3 and up. You want tier 2 and up for a higher draw build than yours so if you plan on upgrading and keeping the power supply 6 or 8 years go with tier 2. That tier list isn't perfect but it's a very good general buying guide.

I keep linking us stores cause specs are specified , i live in the gulf actually. And the only available psu's here are coolmax , cooler master and thermal cool. You see I don't want high quality stuff, all I want is a budget psu that can run a evga gtx 750 ti sc without malfunctioning ,
