PC looses power when game launches

I just launched snipe elite 3 on the highest settings and my pc lost maybe half of it's power. The fans were still running but it restarted and got quiet. I did check to see if this happens more than once and it does.

Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-d3p
CPU: Amd 8350
GPU: EVGA 970 SC
RAM: 2x8gb crucial ballistix sport
PSU: Corsair CX750M

No I can't test another psu. My psu shouldn't be failing though because it was just working yesterday and iv'e only had it for about 6 months

Unfortunately CX PSU's use crap quality components. PSU's fail and the CX range have a very bad reputation. If it has failed which seems likely but not guaranteed the next question is has it damaged other components too?

Is there a way i can check if they popped or if anything else it damaged?

I just opened up my psu and looked around in it, didn't find anything that should be.
