Question about the G3620 Predator Upgrade HELP PLZ!!!!

Will my system be able to run the GTX 970?
Motherboard: Predator g3620
Current GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
Proccesor: Inter core i7-3770 3.4 GHz
PSU: PS-6451-5AE - Power Supply 500W Liteon For Acer
12 gb of ram
2 tbhdd

I will be replacing the PSU with this one
Rosewill RD700-M - Stallion Series 700-Watt Modular Power Supply Unit - ATX 12V, SLI &
CrossFire-Ready

First question is, will all of my components be compatible also I've read that the G3620 has complications when it comes to upgrading a GPU and I was wondering if I can actually upgrade I really do not want to waste 300-350 dollars.

I can't see any issues with the card even with your current PSU - as long as it has the connectors available for PCI power.

Keep in mind that your motherboard supports only PCIe 2.0 and that card is 3.0. It will work, but maybe few percent off original performance (that's a strong maybe, in most cases you can't tell the difference.)
