Recently I upgraded my graphics card. It was a EVGA Nvidia gtx 750 ti sc. Now I had a Asus Nvidia GTX 950. After a week I realized that my FPS dropped at least 150 FPS. Some games were not affected but somewhere. Ex: Minecraft & CS:GO. If anyone knows the solution plz help me.

Specs:
Intel core i7 4790k 4.00GHz
16 GB of RAM
64 bit
Asus Nvidia GTX 950

Have you reviewed the GPU with a utility like NVidia Inspector or something else that can tell you what the clock rates and temperatures are?
I got a GTX 960 as an RMA replacement recently, and for some reason it was going from 40C idle to 95C under mild load. I eventually did some bench marking and noticed that the clocks were very low. Instead of around 1400, they were around 600 to 800. I realized I had a bad card and RMAd it and the new card works as advertised.

I know ur problem, there might be one of two things,

1) game in which u r facing trouble is using ur integrated GPU, not gtx 950
Or
2)game is not using ur multi core rendering of GPU
