You mean without breaking? We don't know, probably a good deal of years though.
Performance wise, you could probably play games with it for a long time. You'll have to lower settings eventually.

No, I am not a fortune teller. No one knows how long your particular card is going to last. If you want it to last long, I recommend you water cool the card and make it as cool as possible under load.

60 fps or 30 first of all lets say 30fps and you dont mind low settings 1080p ? 5 years or 6 some games well be unplayable but indies will last you 8 yrs now for 60 fps 3-4 years i have a 280 its the same as yours and it gives me great gaming with it but sometimes bad. like witcher 3 is good and all but i never want to drop lower then 60 fps i cant play high or ultra so i have to change my settings and customize it for 60fps our cards are remakes of an old card the 7950 witch came out 3 almost 4yrs ago around the same time as the 680 but has held up well due to its 3gb of v-ram. on a side note gaming gpu's have been at a stand still i feel like in 3yrs our gpu will be on low setting i mean think about it the gtx 580 vs 680 twice the jump in performance 680 vs 780 not a big deal 25% boost i'd keep the 380 till i have to put most games medium for 60 fps witch is in 3yrs or less
