Random BSOD While Playing Games

About two months ago my pc started to freeze and bsod about 20-30 minutes in while playing CounterStrike: Global Offensive (but only when i turn up the graphics) I can still play with the lowest graphics settings, though this is a nuisance. I have not noticed it on any other game I have played. I have replaced my graphics card (GTX 780), which didn't fix anything, completely reinstalled the drivers, scanned for viruses, cleaned caches, and tried almost every suggestion I have found on websites like this:
http://www.deskdecode.com/how-to-fix-bsod-blue-screen-of-death/
(Startup repair, /sfc scannow, etc.).

After spending hours searching for a solution I think I narrowed it down to some corrupted driver/file or my ram. I mostly get Machine Check Exceptions and System Service Exceptions. Some random ones after I try to restart my computer after the initial bsod caused by CS GO, after a few attempts, I can get my system started and running well until I try and run CS GO on high graphics settings.

Part List:
  • GPU: GTX 780 SC ACX
    CPU: i5 4690k
    MOBO: Z97-A
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4gb) DDR3 1600MHZ
    PSU: Corsair CX600M
    Storage: 1TB WD Blue HDD
    OS: Windows 7
(No hardware is overclocked)
I will post dump file on cloud and link soon.

Solution
Try this. Install ddu and select nvidia. Then select clean and shutdown (for new graphics card). Take the gpu out of the pci slot and make sure it's clean. Place it back in and boot the pc. Go to nvidia's website and make sure you download a fresh set of the latest drivers available. Then install. Should be working now.

Second run memtest to test your ram and see if you come up with any errors. then check the ram individually to see if it's one or both.

If that fails then I'm thinking it's the psu.
