help me to choose ram for my build

The set will run w/ your combo, in dual channel which is the max the mobo/CPU support, for 16GB will be better off with a 2x8GB set (less stress on the MC (memory controller)), I'd suggest the GSkill Ripjaws V or Trident lines, both were designed towards the Z170 builds and dual channel

RAM doesn't know how many channels it is.... you could take those 4 sticks, and put 3 in a tri-channel board or 2 each in two dual channel builds and they will work fine. As long as those 4 sticks of DDR4 all came in the same package, they are guaranteed to work in quad channel.
