Upgrade my computer

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to pc gaming and computers all around. I'm want to upgrade my pc to just get better fps in games like rust, cs go, etc
I have about 350 dollars to spend and want to upgrade.

Intel i5-4460 @ 3.2 ghz
8 gigs of ram
Nvidia GeForce gt 610
Idk what else to put.
Please any suggestions on what to get would be great!

If you are gaming on 1080p and with these games then I might consider these two cards:

The gtx 960 will be perfect if you have 500w PSU (something close like this https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr) and the R9 380 will be also perfect for you but it's better to have 600w for it (https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10600kr) as it consumes more power than the gtx 960, hope this helps
