Dota 2 low fps

hi everybody i have a problem , recenlty upgraded to a gtx 950 from a hd 7770 , with a phenom II x4 3.10ghz , very good improvemente over all , exept in dota 2 im kinda caped to 45fps the same as the hd 7770 was , i dont know why i check with msi afterburner and the cpu usages never goes more than 81% , and gpu usage about 15-35% , while in other games like bf3 i got both to 100% and constant 60 fps , so what would be limiting me ?

Disable VSync, issue fixed, case closed.

I've discovered that launching the game from Crimson Dota 2 profile improves fps by 5-6 in my case. But first make a profile and set tesselation mode override and then off,antialiasing controlled by application,antialiasing mode as adaptive multi sampling,surface format optimization on,morf. filtering off,open gl buffering on,anisotropic controlled by app,and of course vertical synch off!
