Does the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Graphics Card (Black/Orange) need a 6 pin connector PSU?

So, I am considering to buy this.

Do I need a 6 PIN PSU connector for this? And could you suggest one such PSU (Preferably ~Rs 1000 ($15)) of maybe ~400-500W?
Also, the NVIDIA website says minimum requirement to be 300W. But the Zotac one says 400W.

And also, is this model fine? (Idk if it has the 6 PIN (if needed))

Am from India too. Don't skimp on the PSU. I had a cheap Zebronics PSU that came with the case in my old PC (when I bought it a decade ago). When I got a 9600GT graphics card, my PC crashed a lot whenever I played graphic intensive games. I thought the card was defective. But later I found out that the card is not getting enough clean power from the PSU. I had to rebuild my PC again just becoz of that (as PSU is inbuilt to the case and can't be replaced).

Get a strong PSU now and save up cash to buy a graphics card later. It'll be worth it.
