my graphics card is zotac nvidea geforce gt610
psu is
Zebronic Value Plus 450 Watts PSU
pls tell wether its compatible with my comp
if this doesnt work pls tell a 2.8 ghz above processor
if yes pls tell if its safe to buy

You can't use the Intel QX9775 on the Gigabyte G31M-ES2L motherboard.

You can use one of these:

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9770 (3.20GHz)
Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 (3.00GHz)
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 (3.00GHz)
