In my recent experience a 750ti needs AA off to keep reliably above 50fps in CS:GO, depending on the map so not 'maxed', but still reasonably pretty...

CS:GO is very dependent on map quality. The standard maps are okay (Aztec hurts some low-end cards more than others), some badly made custom maps are sluggish on my 970.
