Upgrade to 970 from 760 Hawk or wait for next gen?

So I'm thinking of selling my 760 hawk to upgrade to a 970. My budget is 400$, €350.
But I dont play that much now so I was thinking to maybe wait for next gen. Thoughts?

My answer is yes. You should do this upgrade.
You can definitly run games fine on ultra 1080p and the difference is big enough to do it.
Also you would be settled for a few year. I know Pascal is coming next soon (new gpu's with high vram and performance).
But those will be unnecessary.

Not worth. Check price on GTX 760 if its good, sell and upgrade, if not just wait. Also no need to unless you play on a high res ( > 1080p) GTX 760 should be fine right now. Wait until your 760 isn't enough to run your games anymore.

Yeah I run battlefield 4 at ultra no problem, but theres always that want for better performance and frames. I want to play GTA V at even higher settings. Its not really that I need an upgrade but I want one.
