So, I have been having an issue with my display artifacting during relatively low demand games, League of Legends and WoW, the driver for my card will randomly crash some times multiple times, sometimes continuing to work otherwise a reboot is necessary.

But even then, I can't make it past windows home screen without the screen turning white with vertical bars, or as soon as I enter my password the monitor loses connection to GPU and won't display anything.

I did research on this after fully wiping out my computer with a fresh install of 10 and having the same issue. I have read that these are signs of a failing GPU, but now I have been using the integrated graphics so I can still do homework on the machine and still do minor things in game, but the integrated graphics crashed today as well.

I'm wondering if it's a bad MOBO or Bad GPU. I feel like it's worth mentioning that this card has under performed since I got it and I chocked it up to AMD not having as great optimization when it comes to all games. I struggled to keep 60 frames in WoW, when I'm fairly sure a 280x should blow it out of the water.

I'm away here at school, when I stop home over the weekend, I'll grab a screw driver so I can actually remove the heat sink and see whats going on. After your reapplication did that fix everything for good or did you end up with a RMA?
