USB Mouse Light Is On While PC Is Turned Off

Hello guys,
I got Element Kido ''Gamer Mouse'' ... and i have a problem ... When the pc is off the red light from this mouse is on and i dont know the reason ... Please help

Is Power On By Mouse set to Disabled in BIOS?
Check also if "Allow the computer to turn off this device..." is enabled in Device manager/ USB Hub Properties/ Power management

Your motherboard still has power to it even when the unit isn't running. If it's an issue, just flip the power switch on your power supply, that should open the circuit and not allow power to devices plugged in.
