I would like to start out by saying my computer doesnt have any speakers, so im forced to use headphones. This makes things twice as abnormal. There is this weird buzzing noise that i hear from the computer audio and turning up and down the volume dial doesnt effect it, its always there. Now when i unplug my headphones and listen to the computer I can still faintly hear it. If my computer has no speakers how can i hear it outside of the computer audio. I tried some youtube tutorials, like plugging my usb headphones to an iphone charger and grounding my computer and they didnt work.
SPECS: Asus Essentio Desktop
A10-Series APU A10-6700 (3.70 GHz)
16 GB DDR3 1 TB HDD
Windows 8
AMD Radeon HD 8670D
UPDATE: also when i record my screen using fraps i can hear the same noise. at this point im not sure if its audio or a noise computer is making. do any of you know how to get rid of it?

Evening,

Take the case side off and do what you're doing. You will be able to pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from and if it is indeed coming from a component in your PC.

You can take the case side off by unscrewing the screws on the side of the case and then sliding the side off.

Many Thanks,

Did you ever try any other headphones?

Do what NerdyComputerGuy said and try to figure out where the sound is coming from. You can try to roll up a piece of paper and put it against certain components to identify where the sound is coming from.
