Ive ran memtest and passed 11 times, no errors in memory diag. im now trying the figure a way to read the dump file. What is goin on because it costing me alot of money. Drivers have been un-installed and installed and its all updated. so whats s happening.

Solution
You've got a 4350 and running 1866 DRAM? That may be it right there, can try a couple of things, one leave at 1866 and raise DRAM voltage + 0.06 and raise the CPU/NB voltage (feeds the MC) to about 1.25 which may help stabilize or try at 1600 9-9-9-24 with stock voltages. The FX Cpus are rated up to 1866 at 1 stick per channel --- which is all AMD will say, though their MCs (memory controllers) are actually native to 1333 per their own BIOS and Kernal Programming Guide, so running 1866 with the lower end FX CPUs can be and often is problematic

2 early to say but its fine so far. It does happen randomly so i will have to test this out more to see if its solved it. So i lowered the freq to 1600 and runs ok so far. how do i DRAM voltage and CPU/NB voltage on a AsRock 970pro 3 motherboard? kinda stupid that i can not use the 1866 since thats the reason why i purchased it.
