I've re-installed the OS "Again" after getting AsusSetup messages after a fresh install of Windows 7 pro last week and now I'm getting the same messages again. Happens after rebooting and says "C:\Users\CS5PC/AppData\Local\Temp\102514Log.iniis lost" and the other says "C:\Users\CS5PC/AppData\Local\Temp\101229Log.iniis lost" This same happened last week and then started producing more similar messages (four or five messages after reboot) finally becoming unstable so I reinstalled the OS.
Before connecting to the internet I had set a larger page file to another 10K rpm HHD but yet 300MB still set reserved on the SSD and enabled Trim also on the SSD and then installed all the essential drivers etc from the motherboard support CD and everything ran just fine until I connected to the internet and installed my System Mechanic anti virus. Rebooted and the messages are coming back again. Any ideas???? Your response is greatly appreciated as I'm clueless! I've not yet updated the BIOS or installed the toolbox utility? that comes from Intel for the SSD ~ Thanks
The build I have is an Asus x99-A MB Intel i7 5820K cpu and GTX 960 graphics card

Only thing I see close to that is "AsSysCtrlService.exe *32" and it is listed as being used by the SYSTEM not the name of my PC should I go ahead and try ending it? Also I had put a jumper on the CLRTC header about 7 sec. before re-installing the OS to clear the board of any problems that might be existing just in case. Everything has been fine in each case up until the initial connection to the internet & rebooting. ~Thanks for your help.

Installed AiSuiteAnd and other utilities from that section on the CD and also updated the BIOS but none of the fixed it -Oh well. And as before I'm also unable to dwn load the driver update for the graphics card. The GeForce software opens and works correctly but says it is unable to connect to NVIDA but the windows updates come thru just fine they failed at first at some point but then did succeed.

Should the task you are referring too be listed in the "Processes" or "Services" colume? It shows up in neither. I Decided to try running the motherboard support CD drivers again to see if it could do repairs and the "Intel Managment Engine Components" process ran into "fatal error"messages after rebooting so I uninstalled the program entierly then re-installed it. This did not solve anything either so I'm going to try and just get the MB replaced I'm guessing by ASUS not Newegg since I bought it last June. Thanks for your help alexoiu

Contacted ASUS manufacturer and this is what they said which is near same what "alexoiu" said. It seems to be you have Installed the chipset driver program from ASUS in one profile, and then logged into a new profile. Please follow the below steps to fix this issue.
1. Click the Start button > Accessories > System Tools >Task Scheduler.
2. Once in Task Scheduler you must drill down to Task Scheduler Library/ASUS.
3. Delete the scheduled task that runs AsusSetup.exe
4. You can also kill the currently running AsusSetup.exe process in Task Manager (alt-ctrl-del / Task Manager).
Tried this several times and it failed it only closed the message window(s) that were open. But on the third try after closing the messages the tasks of "i-setup101229" etc. were still showing in the task scheduler with a message "At log on of any user" showing in the Triggers column. Deleted these and it fixed all the problems. As for my graphics card drivers unable to dwn load I was able to do so from the "web" tab on the installation CD.
