Hello, I bought a GA-970A-UD3P (rev. 1.0) motherboard and a AMD FX-8320 cpu for building a new PC.
While I was on Gigabytes website, I noticed something weird. It says at the bottom of this page it says: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4717#ov
"To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section."
So my CPU isn't compatible until the BIOS is updated? I can't update it if I can't even boot it.
Did I f*ck up or am I reading something wrong?
Thanks for you help!
