dual channel problem

2x4gb ram 1333mhz
MY mobo have 2 slot for ram they have different color blue and white
buy my manual said i can dual channel
my os only read 4gb

but when i run CPU-z it tell that i have dual channel help please

i don't know what to do T_T

Should and is seeing DRAM in dual from what you say, what OS are you running, is it 32 or 64bit, need 64 bit to be able to run 4+ GB of DRAM. If you have a 64bit OS then might want to raise the NB voltage a tad, about + 0.06
