TRFC seems a bit high(slow)

My row cycle refresh (tRFC) with my old DDR3 PC10600 memory was 88 when I had it in my current system.

Today I installed a full 16gb of GSkill Ripjaws 1600Mhz PC12800 DDR3 memory. It runs great, but the tRfc is way high I am sure.

At the moment it is at 208 clocks. Everything else is set in the Bios - CL 9, tRCD 9, tRP 9 and tRAS 24 and tRC is at 33.

should I manually reset the tRFC myself or start using the XMP profiles that this memory supports...?

I wanted to add a pic for the CPUz screen but I cannot upload from my machine, only link to a url pic...

Solution
So 4x4GB of Ripjaws X in 1600? Could try tightening it down a bit maybe try 200 then 188 if 200 will work, but it's about right. These are CL9 sticks which is a little tighter than the JEDEC CL11 standard

CL9Q-16GBXL is the model number I got from the site I bought it from. Maybe google that?

All in all it will help alot with 3d rendering and audio/video conversion too...along with the gane design projects I do casually.

Let me know if it is normal though please.

yeah 4x4Gb sticks man. Not really interested in overclocking them, they're already better than my old sticks anyway...One day I might but at the moment they are providing flawless service and the extra memory will definitely help across the board with the heavy duty processes.

Thanks again though mate, I feel reassured now :)
