please help me.

Hey there, Na Zori!

I'd recommend you to try using a different SATA-to-USB cable as this one might be faulty and not supplying your HDD with enough power, or try using a different USB port on your laptop. Also, if you plan to use the drive regularly as an external, maybe you should consider getting a third-party external enclosure for its own safety or a docking station. I believe Google and online resellers can help you find those. :)
I'd also suggest you to make sure you have updated your USB drivers from your laptop/motherboard manufacturer's website. Another thing you could try is plugging the drive to a different computer and see how it will get detected there.

Hope it helps. Keep me posted with the troubleshooting! :)

Hey there again, Na Zori!

Go to your Laptop manufacturer's website and find the available downloads for your model there. Look for the USB Hub controller drivers and also see if you have the USB 3.0 driver installed from there as well. Another thing you should check is your external enclosure and make sure it supports USB 3.0 connectivity.

Keep us posted! :)

Hey, Na Zori!

It seems like you would need some professional assistance on sight. I'd recommend you to turn to the nearest computer repair services and let the tech guys there do full diagnostics on your laptop. This way you'd be able to determine the source of the issue and get it resolved soon enough.

I'm sorry that I couldn't be even more helpful, though!

Best of luck!
