Your cpu is too weak to play games like the ones you said at medium settings, you need to upgrade your cpu, and posibly your psu too.
Can you please post your budget and psu model so i can figure out what you need to upgrade and what fits into your budget.

Jollypirate is absolutely correct that cpu is just not capable.The fastest chip that motherboard can support would be the Phenom II X6 1090T,which your best bet on acquiring would be through Ebay for about a hundred bucks.As for the card I would suggest the gtx 950 for medium 60+fps or the 960 high/ultra 60+fps.Please keep in mind to have a decent power supply,doesn't have to be a really high wattage just a decent spec, something like this should be adequate and relatively inexpensive: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10500kr
