no.
it has no dedicated graphics card.
it has a crappy CPU for gaming.
it doesn't specify what type of RAM.
is a lower end motherboard.
it doesn't specify what type of power supply.

the DVD drive, Wi-Fi card, hard drive, motherboard w/ CPU, & case may be worth ~$225 us. the rest is more than likely very low-end generic stuff you couldn't even sell on Amazon or eBay for a return on the investment.

i can give you some quick advice for further searches you may want to try or even if you want to try a do-it-yourself build. this is a very general suggestion that can be elaborated on much further.

motherboard: i would suggest either AMD FX, Intel Z97, or Intel Z170 platforms

CPU: if AMD, FX-8350 is the only one i would suggest.
if Intel, there are many i5 and i7 processors out there that are great for gaming. your budget and motherboard choice will dictate which you should go for.

GPU(graphics card): AMD's 300 series, i would suggest 380 or higher. if on a very limited budget there are still great deals on 200 series, 280 or higher.
Nvidia's 900 series, i would suggest 970 or higher. maybe 960 if you are playing at low resolutions or with very limited ingame settings.

PSU(power supply): find something listed here that fits your power needs = http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

RAM(memory): if DDR3, you can find great deals on 8GB sets of 2133 or 2400 speed. would suggest CAS 10 or lower.
if on the Intel Z170 board. DDR4 at least 8GB of 2400 or higher speed.

case: ATX size. find something that appeals to you aesthetically. i would look for something with top and side vents that allows extra fan mounting.

disk: i would suggest an SSD(solid state drive) for Windows installation and maybe some of the more demanding games. plus have at least 1TB of hard disk for storage and other installs.

peripherals: a good mechanical keyboard. a mouse with some side thumb buttons. a display that is at least 1080p.

if all of this seems very overwhelming you will probably want to ask for further advice from someone who will do a specific parts list for you. that can be very limiting though because then you will be stuck with their preferences and will not have your own input on the matter.

i always start my searches at Newegg.com. then check other sites like Amazon for better prices. there are other sites like TigerDirect that i know are trustworthy.

good luck

Gobonzo - it specifies most things under description

Its a 6600k & a gigabyte board which in all honesty aren't bad for a general use system

16gb ddr3 1600 (doesn't specify make but who cares)
Seagate hard drive.
No name PSU (likely to be a generic 300w in all honesty)

specifications i posted are from the "Item specifics". but after waiting another 30sec or so i see more of the page starting to load with added pics and specifications.
even with decent browsing capabilities and ability to run generic tasks in Windows it is not a good gaming system. + 90% of the time these "generic" type builds will have skimped on everything from cables, thermal adhesive, fan, PSU, etc.

I'm UK so these are right, they make sense. Not sure if other Matt was thinking of the i5 6600k. Poor choice of names if you ask me

No mate I knew exactly which apu it was - those YouTube links are from an identical system near enough.

Freshtech are fairly decent as a little prebuilder - they just use crap quality psu's is all.

For £290 I don't think that's bad value really, for me to grab the same components but with a better quality PSU it would cost me £240 in parts alone.
£50 for building , delivery & a 12 month rtb warranty is cheap IMO

this description is totally false, it cannot handle or "cope with demanding gaming" with it's current setup.
my "details" post has been edited but it doesn't change the facts. this is a crap system for gaming and that is what the OP is asking about. not if it can browse the web and handle MS Office.

I did not write this, this is exactly, word for word what the description said for it. Don't go off at me about it, they're just trying to sell, plus it will be able to run modern games, just not at high graphics on 1080p, so please get your facts straight before you try and advise people

Dont see the need for argument here, the op hasnt been back on since is original post anyway

to sum up

is it a good gaming system - no
is it a decent basic use pc capable of some low res/setting gaming - yes
is it good value - yes
could you get any better prebuilt for the same money - no
could I do better for the same money - not even close

whats is worst point - low quality psu guaranteed.

gobonzo - youre totally out of touch with prices be it over there in the us ,& especially this side of the pond in the uk

thats what those components would cost you to buy at the moment in the uk

how is what I stated aimed at you? unless you created the page describing it then you are just paranoid or something. who's even going off? i don't see any exclamation points or bold type or any insults geared towards you or any personalized statements here.
also at @ madmatt30, find where i mentioned "pre-built" systems and their pricing anywhere. no one that is a PC gaming enthusiast would purchase prebuilt systems unless they have too much money and not enough time on their hands. all i've stated that had to do with price is what i would pay for the crap that it comes with.
find any modern AAA game, not browser based, point & click, or simple platformer, that only requires a mid-range APU. check any, even lower quality, AAA game's requirement and they usually start with minimums being a dedicated higher end 6000 series nvidia, or a medium range 7000 series AMD plus a decent i3/i5 or a high-end Phenom. and that is usually for 720p with low settings at lower fps.

if someone comes asking for advice on PC gaming they don't deserve to be lead into some low grade hardware that will have them getting lower than console quality, if they could run them at all. so don't misinform/mislead people that they will get even playable frame rates at decent settings with newer games with crappy hardware.
