OK im buying the rest of my parts today and am having hard time choosing psu for my build. i think i need a 750 but only have a budget left of around 100 dollars. (wanting fully modular)

I would agree with turkey, however I don't think you need 3 extra 140mm fans especially since the nzxt stock fans are pretty decent. There should be 3 120mm fans up front and a 120 or 140 in the back (can't remember off hand). You can put two 140mm up top for exhaust but then you have an extra you could still knock off.

Personally I have a G2 750w from EVGA. The G2 is about 120$ I think though you can probably get it cheaper on sale somewhere, and knocking that extra fan would make up the difference. Again that's just personal reference, but I've tried to always go with a Gold rated PSU.
