My laptop keeps restarting, not letting me do anything. It turns on, tells me it has to restart, restarts, and before i can press any buttons it tells me it has to restart again. It doesn't even get to the login screen before it tells me it has to restart then restarts again and again. It's a vicious cycle of restarts.

If you're still in reboot cycle hold power button for 4-10 sec until it force-closes.

Try starting by pressing Power + F10 or Power + F11 at the same time.

Then - Trobleshoot option - then refresh option.
