Does the CPU BIOS have to be same with the motherboard BIOS?

I have an ASRock N68-S with BIOS P2.10 and i am looking for a CPU, on this list http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-S/?cat=CPU there are all the CPU compatible with my motherboard, but as u see many BIOS are different from P2.10. I would like to ask does the CPU's BIOS have to be same with the motherboard BIOS?

You have to have the bios version it's stated for the cpu or any bios version that is more recent than stated .

No the BIOS just has to be equal to the version that is supported by the CPU or newer. Alot of times CPU's come out after the mobo and to support them they release a new BIOS that understands that CPU.

Basically for most any CPU it supports it should have a BIOS version that works with it anything newer will also work.
