you need a Z97 chipset ("K" cpu, so you will overclock. need Z97), so you are left with 1st and 3rd option.
Regarding the Gigabbyte, the Gaming 3 VS Gaming 5, the only different thing is the gold coated I/O ports, so go for the gaming 3.
So finally, choose between:
- Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3
- MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Since the Gigabyte has a better sound, i would go for the Gigabyte, but then again, maybe choose based on the aesthetics or lowest price.
