installing new ram?

If your board has 4 slots make sure you insert the new ones in the correct positions. Sometimes it's a trial and error. I started with 1 and 3 and mine wouldn't boot. Went to 2 and 4 and it worked like nothing was ever an issue.

my board only has 2 slots so that shouldn't be an issue.

Easy enough then! I know my RAM did not require a bios change when I installed it. I assume the GSkill would do the same.

ok thanks you guys :) im also running with a Intel Pentium G2030 @ 3.0 GHz and a iCooler Radeon HD 7770 gpu and a corsair CX500 (500Wat)psu... this should run fine right? i shouldn't have any bottlenecting or anything like that?
