I just ordered a 120 GB Kingston SSD, I plan on installing my Windows 7 in that drive. As well, I plan on installing Linux; should I partition the SSD two have both Linux and Windows 7.

And of course, I have 2 HDD, which I plan to use one for game installations and storage of Windows files and what not; the other HDD for linux files and applications.

Will that work?

PS: Will it work with 3 OS? Ubuntu, Kali, and Widnows 7. I'm only concerned for the SSD partitions.

Solution
Those OS's, especially windows really needs at LEAST half the drive, splitting it like 40/40/40 isn't really leaving enough for Windows to run and download updates and somethings you can't take off the C-drive regardless. I just installed visual studio to try some dev stuff, said install on my D, still installed like 20gb of crap on my C drive regardless. I have a fairly new windows 10 install that is around 50 gb of data.

If you want multi-os on a SSD, at least look for a 240.

120GB SSD....don't split it. 60/60 split is right on the edge of too small for a Windows install.
And actually, that is really 50/50, because you need to leave some free space on the drive.

50GB will just barely hold a Win 7 64bit, once all the current updates are run. And nothing else.

Don't do this. Get a larger drive.

So, if I get a 240, will I be able to run 3 OS fine? Something like 80/80/80 Or only dual OS?

Dual would be best for 240GB.

If you want 3 OS's on a SSD you would be best served going up to 500GB. The extra bonus for the 500GB drive would be that the read/ write speeds of 500GB SSD's go up, so you would actually also be getting a bit better throughput for all the OS's you ran.

And if I get another 120GB SSD? Can I get the 3 OS on the boot menu? That is 240GB for 2 OS and another 120GB for a single one

This depends.
What OS, and how do you want to access it?

There are a couple of tools that can manage your boot selections.
