So I try playing, StarCraft 2, Red Orchestra on low resolution on my Dell Inspiron 3521. I don't know how can I make them run without the black stripes, stretch the screen full. I tried the options for modifying the resolution to 1360x768 (native 1366x768), which in the past worked, now it doesn't. What can I do, does anyone have some piece of advice?

What are the supported modes on your graphics/display combination?

Control Panel / Display / (Adjust Resolution/Screen Resolution) / Advanced Settings / List all Modes

That will tell you, in general, what the display is capable of running. Trying to force onboard video to run games, well, sometimes you will run into problems with various hardware limitations. Though this is a fairly recent chip, so it shouldn't be anything like that.

Not sure there is much you can do with an onboard chipset. Most of the tools out there are built by and for AMD and Nvidia cards.

If you see any listed modes with lower refresh rates, give those a try. If not I would say you will have to run the native resolution and turn down settings.

It is weird, because on windows 8.1 it worked without any problem with the AMD settings. It had the settings you said, but I don't know why it doesn't show it now.
