I was use windows 7 recent I updated with Windows 10 But my all driver and Registry get damaged I want to Format C drive,but without effect my any other drive Data and reinstall Window 10 HOW CAN I DO THAT??? And I am studying in I.T engineering Which OS is Best for Programming and Hacking...plz help me out......

Do you have a Windows install DVD to boot off of? If so it is pretty easy to format or delete the partition using the "install windows" GUI. Or just buy a new copy of Win10 and do the same thing (that is smarter than upgrading from 7 to 10 anyway)

As long as you leave your data drive/partition alone, any data you have there will not be affected by whatever you do to your C: drive. Any programs that you installed onto your data drive/partition will need to be re-installed.
