This is my first attempt to build a system from scratch. I have been upgrading my old desktop for 5 years now and i know how to put everything together. This will mainly be for gaming and streaming/recording. I just need some feedback and advice for this.
Here are the parts:
Case - NZTX Phantom Full tower
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16811146067

Motherboard - MSI X99A SLI PLUS LGA 2011-v3
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16813130841

CPU - i7 5820k 3.3GHz
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16819117402

Cooler - Cooler Master EVO 212
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835103099
(Should i go with water cooling? I am planning on overclocking, but not anything extreme. Maybe 3.8GHz, definitely nothing over 4.0)

GPU - 2x MSI GeForce GTX 970 (In SLI. ) OR MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti LIGHTNING
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814127832
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127910
(The lightning seems to have better benchmarks so i believe its the better option for the same price)

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws 16GB DDR4 3000

Storage: 2x WD Blue 1TB (in raid 0 for recordings and storage)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16822236339
AND SAMSUNG 850 EVO M.2 250GB (For OS and misc)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820147398

PSU: CORSAIR HXi 850W

Money is not an issue, but this is just about 2 grand and I would rather not go higher.
I don't think any of these parts are incompatible, but I still wanted to make sure with the people.

Designed for NAS, RAID and heavy usage.

You'll get significantly better performance from a high quality SSD, without the (massive) risk of data loss.
