I would take a look here:

http://www.performance-pcs.com/radiators?dir=asc&order=price

Every now and then they have some great deals on scratch-n-dent radiators (bent fins), which if covered up top and bottom with fans in push-pull....isn't an issue....as long as you have enough radiator overall.

I had that chip in a CvF for a while, and it can benefit from almost any cooling you throw at it. If you're looking to really try and push it, I'd recommend 'at least' 480mm of radiator (with a MOSFET block in addition to the CPU in the loop).

the nzxt kraken x61 is excellent for the job. I have a 9590 with an nzxt x61 and my top temps ever (after 3 hours of video editing) was 61 celcius. It's a 280mm radiator though so make sure you have the space. It does cost a little more than most would be willing to spend though. If you have the room for it, I would get the gamerstorm captain 360. It's easy to cool almost any processor and with such a large surface area radiator you can keep the fans running quiet

also i need it to be able to fit in a Thor V2 W its got odd placement of stuff only place can really put a rad bigger than a dual 120 on the top is right agents the hard drive and 5 1/4 drive bay cages but could fit a quad 120mm in there maybe even a quad 140mm depending on how wide rad is also this is my first time playing with liquid cooling 2 iv learned about it in theory but never set 1 up before so the more tips the better

Keep in mind that you can use more than one radiator, and just string them together to help with placement. Pumps not at the low end should be OK with just going through one or two water blocks (CPU/MOSFET).
