I have 2 front-face USB 3.0 ports that aren't working. I've checked the drivers, they're updated, and I've checked inside my motherboard at the wires, all of which seem to be connected and in place. I'm not sure what else might be wrong, except for maybe needing to replace the entire front bar of ports.

The audio jack on the bar also doesn't work, so I'm leaning toward needing to replace the whole bar, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to check before spending however much I'd need to on a new bar.

You talking of the case itself? There should be a cable in the case to connect to a USB port on the mobo.. The cable will have a 19 pin blue (generally blue anyway) connector on the end of it. Also need to ensure the USB3 drivers are up to date - you can find them on your mobos website in the support/download page

The blue cable is connected to the mobo, I made sure of it, and the drivers are also up to date. I checked the page and Device Manager on my PC. I'm leaning more and more towards busted ports. Although they were very rarely used, so I'm not sure how they would have broken.

Sounds like the ports, what mobo? some use both INtel and a secondary (like AsMedia) in order to drive all the USB ports, so ensure both (if applicable) are updated... might check the cable to see if anything pulled loose (it also drives the audio jack. If dead might look for a addin with the ports and audio jacks
