Hello,
I would like to upgrade my graphic card and/without any others computer parts if necessary.

My current graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570k CPU @3.40GHz (4CPUs)
Ram: 8GB
Manufacturer: ASUSTeK
I got those information from dxdiag/System. I don't know if you guys need more information to know the best thing to upgrade :\

My budget is ~~$800 and It's for gaming.

Thank you

If a 260 was doing what you needed then a 750, 750Ti would be a heck of an upgrade and would handle that resolution just fine without needing any other parts for about $110 (most of these do not use power from your power supply) or even a 960 for around $200 which also wouldnt need a new PSU to power it (but does use an 8pin pcie power connector).

I think a 970 is a great card but overkill for gaming at 1050 even though he has enough cpu to run it.

CPU is still going strong but if your mobo supports OCing and you'd be willing to try it, go ahead and throw a good CPU cooler in there too.

Would I need to upgrade another part of the computer too? or just the video card? If I decide to change my budget to $400,which video card would you recommend?

No other changes would be necessary.
I might still suggest a GTX970 for about $300-$330 as appropriate for gaming at your resolution.
Save the difference for something else.
FWIW a SSD is a wonderful general performance enhancement.

Ok. I see many GTX970 with different prices ~~$300-400+ . Since I don't know anything about video card, which kind of GTX970 would you suggest me (under $420 if possible :) ).

The Guts of all GTX970 cards are made by the same company, namely Nvidia.
Cards will differ by the amount of factory warranted overclock they get and by fancy coolers.
EVGA usually has a longer warranty.

To my mind, you get fair value from a factory overclock.
But cards do not really need fancy coolers.
I prefer a blower type cooler that gets heat directly out the backof the case.
Here is an example:
