Problem install GTA 4

I have GTA 4 on laptop running windows 10 and intel core i3 x64 processor 2.27 Ghz 3 GB of ram and it says failed to launch

GTA 4 was made for only Windows XP and has had issues with every OS after that. Main reason is that they basicallymade a sad excuse for a port.

You can try finding the main executable and right clicking, then properties, then compatibility, setting compatibility settings to Vista, but that is unlikely to work.
