Is it possible to shave a few dollars off this build? Anything on this build not compatible with other parts?

Okay so I've been making a build on PCpartpicker and I've got this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FQ6dRB
Is there anything I need to upgrade or are there parts that are incompatible? New to PC building and planning on building this when I get paid on Thursday.
The games I plan on playing with this build are gonna be mainly FO4, W3, ARMA III, MGSV, DayZ SA and Skyrim hopefully at 1080p, 60fps and at least medium-ultra presets

You will usually be safe compatibility wise when using something like pc part picker, that being said looking at your build I'm not too familiar with the 390, so the 500w may not be enough.
