What should I do when replacing my Motherboard (Z170 Chipset)+CPU+RAM?

I also have a new PSU as well. This upgrade is for a Skylake build, do I need to reinstall windows? And I heard that you must use a disc drive to install windows if so when using skylake, is this true?

No no not as in how to build the PC.. I know how to do that. My questions are more directed towards the Z170 Chipset. I just need to know if I should reinstall Windows and if I HAVE to have a disc drive to install it. Thanks though!
