This will be my first build so I need parts on amazon for a gaming pc build. I need gaming pc build that cost under $450 and it must be upgradable. It must play some modern games that is playable at low settings. And some questions:

Can I play Dota 2 in max settings at this build?

Can I play GTA V at this build?

Do I need to buy cables or the cables are in the parts of this build?

Can I connect this to the internet, how?

If you are not building a PC until March or April next year, then there is no real point in searching for parts now. Prices are going to change especially since Black Friday / Thanksgiving / Christmas sales will be taking place real soon and you will not see big sales around that time next year.

It's better to get a fiber connection rather than wireless for online gaming. Contact your nearest cable operator for connection & they will instruct you whatever you needed to run an internet connection.

To get better a build & games like GTA5 will use most of the cores, no.of HT will help you a bit. Since, your budget is tight it's hard get things under shape. Anyways, Good luck !

That build is OVER $450 not UNDER $450 though. I won't use it but it is a good build. If I can get extra money, I might use this build, so I will be keeping this build aside if I can get more money but right now I need under $450 build.

I recommend you simply wait and save up more money.

The build recommend by ben001 is overall a pretty decent one for $489. But as you stated it is over $450 and on top of that you still need to buy Windows OS which generally sells for about $100 - $120. With your $450 budget that means you only have $330 - $350 for hardware which is not a lot of money especially if you need to include a monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers in the PC build.

Tiny bit over, not all Amazon, definitely upgradable, will run with 4Gb RAM, but keep other windows shut. More corners cut than I like (PSU is really only 500W) but it is decent quality.
