GTX 590 3gb Vs GTX 670 4gb Windforce?

Which is the better GPU, I currently have a 590 running, with an intel i5 3470.
If possible, would I be able to run them in Sli? If I have a sufficient power supply and ram?

If the game supports SLI ( which many AAA do ), the 590 is faster because it has two gprahicschips on it and the 670 only one
But if SLI isnt supported the 670 has the upper hand because it has a single but faster chip than the 580 ( 590= 2x580)
