Suggest a good Motherboard and cabinet for AMD Fx-8150

I am planning to upgrade my PC(4 years old), I am currently using a Asus M5 A97 currently(using since 4 years), but it is not working properly(the harddisks keep hanging in the middle suddenly for a few minutes). I am using a Sapphire HD 6870 currently and am planning to buy a HAF-912 and a water cooler for my FX-8150.

I use it for occasional gaming (Fifa, Arkham etc) and am a big data hoarder(10 TB currently). I work on Java and android development in Eclipse.

I currently have a CoolerMaster Elite 430 and i am planning to get a cabinet with good cable management.

Also my CPU gets heated very quickly(even with the air cooler given by AMD) and can you suggest a cheap water cooler(which can be used even when i upgrade my CPU)
