Good luck!

Solution
The GTX 980 is plenty of GPU for gaming on a single monitor. When / if you step up to multiple monitors or higher resolution (above 1440), then add a second matching GTX 980 in SLI. Move the stock rear fan to the front (for dual front intake fans), then install the three in the build as rear / top exhaust. When / if you go to a SLI setup, add a side 140mm intake fan. Overclock as you please...

This is the best build IMO, no point me posting one when this is by far supreme. Defiantly the best and for a good reason

Something like this i might go with, I heard the NZXT Kraken is slightly better than the H100i?

There's about a degree or so difference. Whatever you do, get the Asus board over the MSI one, it's just a better board all together, and maybe a bigger HDD

Still building of course, But is there any big difference between the i7 4790k Haswell and the devils canyon version? Because i purchased the devils canyon version and would like to know if it will affect anything when i come to building.

There's only one version and that is devils canyon, it's the codename for that microarchitecture, it and the Pentium G3258 are the only ones that I know that are under this codename

Thanks for the help mate now just one last thing.

Im wondering how to set up the fans, Im using the corsair 760T case, 2 140mm fans on the front, 1x 120mm case on the bottom, 1x 140mm fan on the back and the NZXT Kraken x61 on the top.

I was thinking, Intake from the front and bottom fans and exhaust from the back and top radiator

Personally I would always go with positive air pressure, meaning there are more intakes than exhausts, it means less dust build up, so put the two front two top and bottom as intake, and the one rear as exhaust. If you have your PSU fan side up then that works as an exhaust as well
