is my psu powerfull enought ! r9 390& i7 4790k

i have a system with r9 390 and 17 4790k and other stuff and my total wattage is 481w what is the minimum power supply that i can get !
PS: The current psu i am planing on getting is https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr Is It Good Enough Or is there somthing better.

That PSU will be good enough. There is always something better. It really depends on how much you are willing to fork out. The EVGA PSU you mentioned has an 80+ bronze rating you can get 80+ silver, gold, platinum and titanium PSUs which will be more efficient, deliver power more consistently and produce less heat.

But in short that PSU is good quality and will run your system well without any issues.

Should be good enough but if you're willing I'd spend the extra $30 to $40 and go for the G2 750W Gold+. More efficient = less heat and better performance.

Thats the 750G2. The B2 is fine for your purposes though and is even underrated a bit in terms of efficency. You aren't going to get any better performance out of the G2, but it will use a little less power. Maybe save you 5 bucks in your electric bill, a year.
