I'm trying to find a way to keep old versions of excel saved, whenever it is changed and updated.
We edit it once a week. I would like to have a file for every week separated by whenever changes are made and it is saved.

Windows 8
Excel 2013

Edit- File is only accessed from one computer.

So effectively you want a new file every time the spreadsheet is saved?

I think the only way to do this is with a Macro with some form of timestamp in the file name. I'd suggest Googling macros for saving Excel files and see what comes up. I'm not good enough to explain it in simple terms.

Only thing is all users have to accept macros.
