Message saying BIOS changed, need to restart after waking from sleep mode in Windows 7. Dell PC

I keep getting a system message stating changes were made to the BIOS and asking to restart PC after waking from sleep mode. Dell T7910 running Windows 7. Getting this message on several of these systems. Any ideas?

When boot on the POST screen press the key to enter the BIOS from which you need to restore it to it's default setting.

Only update your BIOS if absolutely necessary!

I already tried that and the message appears after sleep mode w/out touching the BIOS.

You may be able to fix this problem by updating the BIOS for your motherboard. However this needs to be done with extreme caution as preforming the action incorrectly could possibly turn your computer into a paperweight.

Only update your BIOS if absolutely necessary.

Maybe the only way to fix is to ask Dell to diagnose everything, for sure
Btw, I don't recommend ny single Dell PCs or laptops
