Which RAM will be better when underclocked?

My board supports frequency upto 1333+MHz(O.C)
I assume any RAM having a higher frequency than above will be underclocked to 1333MHz

Corsair Vengeance 8gb (1600MHz) or Kingston HyperX FURY 8gb (1866MHz) ?

I would like a proper solution, I am confused since here in India the hyperx fury (1866MHz) is much cheaper than Corsair (1600MHz)

Thanks :)

Solution
They will perform the same way as they will both run at 1333 Mhz so obviously the cheaper one is the one you should be getting.

The Vengeance might have a milli-bit less CAS latency but that does not mean it will perform visibly better or any better at all. Not worth to pay more money for anyway if the Fury is noticably cheaper.

as I said, my board will underclock any ram whose freq. exceed 1333MHz
what's the point of bringing stock clocks?
The rams I have mentioned have 1600 and 1866mhz respectively.

Apologies....should have said stock frequency.

The Fury will set themselves upp automatically to run as fast as they figure they can (up to their specs) since the run off of PnP rather than XMP. The COrsair on the otherhand will go to the mobos default of prob 1333 and may be at slower timings. With either set they can be tweaked for better performance on an enthusiast mobo

Surprisingly, the RAM runs at stock!! OMG!

Yes! 1866MHz!
