How can I get into my computer if I don't know the password???

I have a Windows Vista home premium computer, and I forgot my password but it won't let me change it. Help would be very appreciated. :):

Reinstall windows.

No help with password here. This could be your boss's pc or your spouses or kids that are you snooping on, so Tom's official policy is no password help.
